Borderdrive has finally made the move to Boulder, CO and we love it.  There are so many great musicians out here.  We had a great time playing at Peaceful Henry's last week with special guest Bruce Hayes.  Hopefully we will get back to Guffey, CO soon.

Anthony will be playing with Shanti Groove this month also.  They will be at the Gothic Theatre in Denver on Dec. 16 and at the Trilogy Lounge in
Boulder at the end of the month.  See the schedule for details.

We are also very excited about Music Moose, Anthony's newest project.  You can download his free mandolin lessons at www.musicmoose.org.  Anthony offers a series on bluegrass rhythm guitar as well.  Music Moose is a fantastic new site where music lovers can download free lessons and jam sessions by some of the most knowledgeable and accomplished musicians in the acoustic and bluegrass world.  Check it out soon!

We are looking forward to the new year here in beautiful Colorado. Check back for more shows as we continue to find great venues here in the “Centennial State.”

Borderdrive is Colorado Bound!! We are making the move to Boulder, CO this month.  Anthony will be joining the “new-grass” phenomenon, Shanti Groove at the Fox Theatre, Cervantes' Masterpiece and other great Colorado venues.

The Hickory Fest was a great success.  Anthony and Hickory Project did a fantastic job bringing outstanding acoustic music to Wellsboro, PA.  The musicians and music lovers all had a great time despite the rain. Thanks for a great festival.

Our most recent album, Shine Down is still in the works.  We've been so busy playing and traveling this summer we just haven't had time to finish it.  We expect to release the album in late fall.  But you can hear some "sneak peaks" at our music page.

We are thrilled about the progress of our debut album.  We anticipate an early spring release.  In January we spent some time in the beautiful hills above Asheville, North Carolina recording with our friends, The Biscuit Burners.  It is an absolute pleasure to have such great musicians play on our album.  We were so inspired by our time in "Biscuit Burner Land," that we've written too many tunes for one album.  Therefore, we are proud to announce that in addition to the Borderdrive debut album, we will also be releasing a Celtic album.  Anthony is very close to finishing his solo album as well.  So much music!!

One year ago today we met in a pub in Saratoga Springs, New York where we played our first tune together, “Soldier’s Joy.”  Since then much has happened.  We’ve written a lot of tunes, learned some new ones, played some old ones, and recorded some of our favorites.  We are very excited about the completion of our demo CD which marks the first milestone for our new band, Borderdrive.

Next year should prove to be just as exciting as we complete the Borderdrive debut album.  Check back soon for more updates.
